Exchanges & Returns

Return Policy

We hope you love your order! But if something isn’t right, you have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.


Returns from the US, UK, Canada, Norway, Switzerland, and Luxembourg

Please contact us at returns@blacktogrey.com — we’ll provide you with a return label.
A €20 fee for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.


Returns from Other Countries

Customers are responsible for shipping the parcel back to the following address. Once received, we’ll process your refund.

Wrong or Faulty Items

If we sent you the wrong item, or if there’s a quality issue, please contact info@blacktogrey.com
In this case, we’ll cover the cost of both shipping and returns.


Return Conditions

  • Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • Returns with unpaid postage will not be accepted.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.


Exchanges & Questions

For exchanges — for example, if you need a different size, color, or style — please contact us at info@blacktogrey.com

We will provide you with a prepaid return label for the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will ship your replacement promptly at no additional cost.

For any other questions about returns or exchanges, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.


Important Notes

  • All items purchased during Archive Sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Once a package leaves our workshop and is in the hands of the logistics carrier, our control over it is limited. We are always happy to help communicate with the carrier, but please note that delays, handling issues, or customs processes are beyond our control.
