Return Policy
We hope you love your order! But if something isn’t right, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Returns from the US, UK, Canada, Switzerland and Norway.
Please contact us at returns@blacktogrey.com — we’ll provide you with a return label.
A €20 fee for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund.
Returns from other countries
Customers are responsible for shipping the parcel back to the following address. Once received, we’ll process your refund.

Wrong or faulty item?
If we sent you the wrong item, or if there's a quality issue, please contact info@blacktogrey.com. In that case, we’ll cover the cost of both shipping and returns.
Return Conditions
– Items must be in their original condition: unused, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and accessories included.
– Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
– Returns with unpaid postage will not be accepted.
– Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
