At .blacktogrey, we ship all orders — both domestic and international — via Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE).
Shipping Costs
Free shipping on all orders over €200.

Processing & Delivery Times

Orders for in-stock items are usually dispatched within a 2 days.

Made-to-order garments are produced once the order is confirmed and ship within 2 weeks or less.

You will receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.
International Duties & Taxes
If you're ordering from outside the EU — including the UK — import duties, taxes, and additional fees may apply.
These charges are not included in our prices and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure about potential charges.
Once Your Order Has Shipped
When your order leaves our atelier and enters the logistics network, our visibility and control become limited.
Delays, customs processing, or carrier updates are outside of our direct management.
That said, we are always happy to help by contacting the carrier on your behalf and supporting you throughout the process — even if the package is no longer physically in our hands.
Returns
We offer easy returns within 30 days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We are not liable for lost or stolen parcels during the return process — please ensure correct postage is paid and that the package is properly tracked.
Please note that all purchases made during Archive Sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
